Requirements to Visit Us
Complete the following form to coordinate your visit to Universidad de los Andes. This information will allow us to learn more about your institution, understand the objectives of the visit, and provide the appropriate support to create an organized, productive experience aligned with your academic or institutional interests.
- The Office of International Affairs can issue official invitation letters for individuals interested in visiting our university. However, our office has no involvement in consular or visa-related matters, as these procedures are the sole responsibility of each visitor.
Submit Your Visit Request
Once you have reviewed and completed all the required fields, please send your request by email. Our team will review the information provided and contact you to continue coordinating your visit.
Successful visits consider the following when sending a request
